  2. Once you've decided on the number of hours and services you'll need, you can make purchases and buy memberships using the options below. We will follow up to schedule your requests as soon as we receive payment.
  3. Start planning how you'll use all that extra free time you're going to have!

Once You're an Existing Client

Getting things done is as easy as sending a text! Receive follow up emails detailing the services we provided, as well as the remaining purchased hours available to you. City Pace prefers that clients plan for and reserve service redemption times in advance via email, text, or phone. In the event that a service is requested on short notice, we will do everything we can to accommodate.

Please note: Members receive priority with scheduling and last-minute requests; however, all requests are subject to availability.

Writing Services

Who better to craft your marketing and web copy, edit your resume, or draft that all-important speech than City Pace's own writing professionals? Between the two of them, Jessyka and Lindsay have four writing degrees and copious experience in the professional writing and editing worlds. Prices start at $40 an hour. Memberships

City Pace memberships are a convenient way to reserve our services each month, without the hassle of going to our site, filling out forms, and entering payment information every time you need us. Memberships are continuous and are billed on the first day of every month at great discounted rates and include monthly perks and free services offered only to City Pace members. There is no contract for membership and members may cancel at any time, but with new and exciting perks each month, like free reminders, editing services, and more, we bet you won't want to!

Gift Packages

New Baby - $140

When preparing to bring home a new addition to the family, the last thing on a parent's mind is stocking the fridge with food or figuring out who will be available to pick up dinners, diapers, and prescriptions. Help new moms and dads spend less time sweating the small stuff, by leaving the details to us. We'll write thank you notes, make birth announcements, take laundry to be cleaned, and arrange accommodations for out-of-town guests; it's as simple as an email or text request and we'll bring what's needed right to their front door.

Recipients of this package will receive 4 hours of customizable service, as well as a hand-delivered gift basket to notify them of your thoughtful gift.


Wedding Assistant - $280

As any bride or groom knows, wedding planning is no joke. From the invitations to the party favors and everything in between, there's a slew of little details that go into making a couple's big day go off without a hitch. Did someone forget to pick up the linens? Does the couple need a hand setting up tables, putting together centerpieces, or directing wedding party traffic? We'll be there for them on their big day, ensuring everything goes smoothly, so they can tie the knot with no loose ends.

Recipients of this package will receive 8 hours of customizable service, as well as a hand-delivered gift basket to notify them of your thoughtful gift.


On The Town - $70

At City Pace we're not just great party planners; we're also great vacation planners! Whether the recipient of this package is in need of a vacation or could use a hand organizing his or her business trip, show your loved one how considerate you are by hiring City Pace to make his or her trip a success! We're happy to book your recipient's flights, hotels, rental cars, and plan activities for his or her trip, complete with an itinerary containing your recipient's schedule, as well as all relevant contact information and confirmation numbers.

In need of entertainment for guests visiting St. Louis? Based on your recipient's likes and dislikes, we'll design a weekend to remember, featuring the best restaurants and entertainment (including seasonal options like festivals, markets, or concerts) available during the time requested. We're not just locals; we're locals who know what's going on at the best places to be. Just answer a few quick questions and we'll create an extensive itinerary for their entire stay so they can do the Lou like a local.

This package includes 2 hours of service, tailored to the recipient's specific tastes and interests, as well as an itinerary for his or her stay.



Fine Print

One-hour minimum required. Clients are billed in 15 minute increments after the first hour. A la carte hours and memberships do not include writing services. A four-hour minimum is required for invoicing. Scheduling is subject to availability. Membership hours purchased must be used in full within the month of purchase, as hours do not roll over into the following month. Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time. If cancellation of membership occurs after the first of the month, charges will still apply for the current month and membership will be considered void on the first day of the following month. All purchased a la carte hours and packages must be redeemed within one year from the date of purchase. Merchandise over $50 purchased by City Pace for clients will incur a 10% service fee. Services requiring City Pace to travel outside of St. Louis city limits may incur mileage fees.
